Oh god, I haven't submited anything that stayed in my gallery since september. </333
So~
Here we are.

I always wanted to try to make characters who were/represented elements, but the normal ones have been overkilled; So instead I wanted to follow the basic elements (water, wind, air, fire, etc) but...different, I guess.

Here we have liquor/wine, in the place of water.

I wanted to capture a lot of the movements of water with her hair and dress.

Coloured in photoshop 6.0 and 9.0

thats so freakin trippy xDDD i love how it came out, like her dress is made from that very essence of wine, like if you poked her, it would seem she would ripple like any other puddle of liquid.

And, no, there isn't an advantage of using them both. xD I don't think so anyway.
I just worked on a lot of this at school, and our photoshop class is reaaaaally ghetto so we still only have 6.0, but at home I have 9.0.
